Magnetic Island named by cpt. J. Cook.

One of the greatest days of our 60 day-long trip. Magnetic Island at Townsville, QLD. The picture taken just before departure, late in the afternoon. We hired sport-car named TOP-LESS, we swam in a incredible clean sea in a lovely bay, visited mini-kangaroos Wallaby, fed birds/parrots, looked for koalas (we found them, though in the end, because of high entry fee we did take a round there), visited huge Saltie crocodile at local pub & may be 100 times drove criss-cross around the island on its 12 kms long roads with wonderful outlook towards open sea from top of the central mountain...
